This week in Maths I learned how to add and subtract fractions e.g. ½+¼= ¾. To do this you need change the denominators to the same number by multiplying  the two denominators together or finding the lowest common multiple of the two.  but how ever many times you change the denominator you need to remember to change the numerator   e.g. ½ = ²/4. Then add them together e.g. ²/4+ ¼=¾. In English I learned how to punctuate proper and how to find the sentence topic. The sentence topic is a sentence in a paragraph that explanes what the paragraph is about. My goal for next week is to plan my jersey in sewing.
